Maintenance Contracts -

'SystemCare-3' and 'SystemCare-5'

If you need a full maintenance contract on your entire AV, pro audio or stage lighting system - or multiple individual items of equipment - we can provide you with this service too. Our SystemCare maintenance contracts provide you with a full 3 or 5 year parts and labour warranty that covers the equipment as well as all its cabling and connections.

Additionally, you (and your system) will benefit from once-a-year 'preventative maintenance' services calls to check, clean and re-calibrate as necessary. Such work is designed to reduce the risk of needing an emergency service call when you least want it!

And the good news is that we can provide you with a bespoke maintenance contract on your system even if we didn't originally supply it. We are happy (and technically proficient) to provide you with ongoing and long term support for all your AV equipment - regardless of where it was originally sourced.

Please note that the only items not covered by or included in the cost of our maintenance contracts are those known as 'consumables'. These are the components which have a finite life such as lamps for projectors, effects lighting and stage lighting, turnatble styli, DJ mixer crossfaders, etc. We can of course provide such consumables but at extra cost as and when required.
