3 YEAR INCLUSIVE WARRANTY -

'Advantage-3'

Every product we supply has a 3 year warranty included in the price. Known as Advantage-3, for years 2 and 3, this also includes our personal Collect - Repair - Return service.

'Advantage-5'

If our extended warranty is useful for you, don't forget to ask about 'Advantage-5'. For a nominal extra cost, you can extend the warranty from three years to five years.

And the really good news is that we can provide these services for your system even if we didn't orginally supply it. As long as it's less than 6 months old, you can benefit from Advantage-3 or Advantage-5.

'Total-3' and 'Total-5'

Where equipment is 'mission critical' and you need a rapid replacment if an item goes faulty, Total-3 and Total-5 are your smart choice. These 3 and 5 year enhanced warranties include next working day equipment 'hot swap' (in mainland UK) providing you with a temporary replacement whilst your faulty unit is taken away for repair.

If you require an engineer to de-install and then re-install the temporary replacement as well as your returned and repaired unit, we will include that for you as well. It's all part of the service.

Once again, we can provide this service for your system even if we didn't orginally supply it. As long as it's less than 6 months old, you can benefit from Total-3 or Total-5.

Please note that the only items not covered by or included in the cost of our extended warranties are those items known as 'consumables'. These are the components which have a finite life such as lamps for projectors, effects lighting and stage lighting, turntable styli, DJ mixer crossfaders, etc. We can of course provide such consumables but at extra cost as and when required.

Advantage-3, Advantage-5, Total-3 and Total-5 are all 'equipment only' extended warranties. For complete systems - including all installation services and interconnecting cables - we offer you SystemCare-3 or SystemCare-5.
